Position: Installer Helper
Offered Salary:
$30,000 - $40,000
Availability:

- Help with furnace, air conditioner, water heater installs.
- Help maintain a clean work space, responsible for putting down drop sheets on every job.
- Bringing in new equipment into home and removing old equipment (must be able to lift 50lbs)
- Able to take direction from lead installer.
- Asked to perform tasks on installs to gain knowledge and understanding.
- Responsible for collecting model and serial numbers from old and new equipment being installed.
- Ensure job checklists are filled out.
- Clean criminal record.
Position: Maintenance Technician
Offered Salary:
$40,000-$50,000
Availability:

- Customer service main priority.
- Basic understanding of multi-meter and manometer (in house training).
- Basic electrical knowledge (in house training).
- Must have/own tools (list provide upon interview).
- Valid driver license.
- Clean criminal record.
Position: Service Technician
Offered Salary:
$50,000- $90,000
Availability:

- Trade experience (minimum 2 years in either electrical or service background).
- Knowledge of multi-meter and manometer.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Must have/own tools (list provide upon interview).
- Valid driver license.
- Clean criminal record.
Position: Journeyperson
Offered Salary:
$75,000-$90,000
Availability:

- Able to work unsupervised.
- Understanding blueprints on new construction.
- Able to think independently.
- Able to work with apprentices and team atmosphere.
- Must have/own tools (list provide upon interview).
- Valid drivers license.
- Clean criminal record.
Position: Lead Installer
Offered Salary:
$60,000- $100,000
Availability:

- Able to work unsupervised.
- Experience in installing furnace, water heaters, air conditioners, HRV’s, fireplaces, unit heaters (in house training).
- Follow company installation guidelines.
- Document work performed on every job (checklist).
- Accountable for material for every job (material checklist).
- Must have/own tools (list provide upon interview).
- Valid drivers license.
- Clean criminal record.
Position: Inside Sales
Offered Salary:
$50,000- $200,000
Availability:
1
- Customer service and education main priority.
- Understanding of all products that we supply and install.
- Understanding government grants and supplier rebates.
- Responsible for service generated leads and online leads.
- Valid drivers license.
